How do I book a tour with Route97?

You can book a tour by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 93246 36309, emailing us at Info@route97tours.com, or filling out the enquiry form on our website. Our team will get back to you within a few hours with a customised itinerary and quote.

How much advance payment is required to confirm a booking?

We require 50% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% can be paid at least 7 days before your trip start date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including:

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Cash payments at our office
Will I receive a booking confirmation?

Yes! Once your advance payment is received, we send a detailed booking confirmation on WhatsApp and email with your complete itinerary, hotel details, vehicle information, and driver contact number.

Which destinations do you currently cover?

We currently offer tours to Goa, Maharashtra (Ashtavinayak), Ladakh, and Kashmir. We are also working on Jyotirlinga (Maharashtra) tour packages. Contact us for custom destinations!

Can I customise the itinerary as per my needs?

Absolutely! Every trip we offer is fully customisable. You can add or remove destinations, adjust the number of days, choose your hotel category, and change any activity as per your preferences and budget.

Are meals included in the tour packages?

Most packages include daily breakfast at the hotel. Lunch and dinner are generally not included (except specific packages like the Goa Dinner Cruise). We recommend budgeting β‚Ή400–₹800 per person per meal depending on the destination.

Do you offer honeymoon and group tour packages?

Yes! We specialise in both honeymoon packages (romantic settings, special arrangements) and group tours for families, friends and corporate groups. Contact us and we'll craft the perfect package for your occasion.

What type of vehicles do you provide?

We provide private vehicles based on your group size:

  • Sedan β€” ideal for 2–3 people
  • MUV (Innova / Ertiga type) β€” ideal for 4–6 people
  • 11 Seater Minivan β€” ideal for 7+ people

All vehicles are air-conditioned and exclusively for your group.

Are the vehicles private or shared with other tourists?

All our vehicles are 100% private. We never combine different groups in the same vehicle. Your vehicle is exclusively for you and your travel companions throughout the entire trip.

Is pickup and drop included in the package?

Yes! Pickup and drop from/to the Airport or Railway Station is included in all our packages. Our driver will be waiting for you with a name board on arrival. Flight and train tickets need to be arranged by guests themselves.

What hotel categories do you offer?

We offer 3 Star and 4 Star hotel options depending on your budget and preference. All hotels are carefully selected by our team for quality, cleanliness, location, and value. The specific hotel is confirmed at the time of booking based on availability.

What are the standard hotel check-in and check-out times?

Standard hotel timings are:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out can be requested and is subject to hotel availability. Additional charges may apply.

Is breakfast included at the hotel?

Yes, daily breakfast is included at the hotel in all our standard packages. This is served at the hotel restaurant and typically includes a selection of Indian and continental dishes.

❌ Cancellation & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation if cancelled more than 7 days before the trip start date
  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the trip start date

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Can I reschedule my trip instead of cancelling?

Yes! We are happy to help you reschedule your trip subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made more than 7 days before the trip are generally free of charge. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your dates.

What happens if the trip is cancelled by Route97?

In the rare event that Route97 cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, severe weather, etc.), we will offer you a full refund or help you reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Valid Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License)
  • Booking confirmation sent by Route97
  • Flight / Train tickets (if applicable)
  • Any visa documents (for international trips)
Can I book a trip for a large group?

Yes! We regularly handle large group bookings β€” families, corporate outings, friend groups and more. For groups of 10 or more, we offer special group pricing. Contact us with your group size and we'll create the best package for you.
